NEW ORGANIC SICILIAN CELLAR - “TODARO” (PALERMO). The current owners Giuseppe and Adriano, (born 1988 and 1991), with their father Calogero, well-know sicilian agronomist, within few years have been able to lead the company, at the top quality of the Jato valley in Doc Monreale and province of Palermo. Today the property covers an area of 25 hectares in the Jato valley with altitudes ranging from 400 to 900 m.s.l.m. Produced wines are:Terra Sicilia IGT Cabernet Sauvignon, MerlotNero D'avola DOCChardonnay IGTGrillo DOCSyrah IGT SiciliaCatarratto IGT Terre Siciliane The vineyards are cultivated following the teachings handed down by his grandfather Joseph. The FABIANO Vajo del Centenario is a wine of particular value produced in a limited quantity of 6000 bottles in the only years favorable to obtaining an adequate quality level. The production is very limited and the distribution of this wine takes place on assignment. Today we offer you the possibility of signing and reserving a lot, consisting of 30 0.75 liter bottles and a 1.5 liter Magnum, and so entering the number of selected and most important customers for the Fabiano Wines. Pavó represents a new, young reality, whose history and production philosophy revolve entirely around the figure of the peacock, an animal symbol of vanity and beauty. On 25 January 2019, at the office of the Notary Peloso in Verona, our company has changed its name to VIVER S.r.l., definitively canceling the word Distribuzione (Distribution), which could give rise to confusion with the logistics business. In fact, our goal is to select wines with the best value for money, managed thanks to our advantageous groupage service in Verona. For this reason, we have decided to refresh the company logo, in which we can now read Viver Selezione Vini (Wine Selection), which is in fact our main activity. At last, but more important from a formal point of view, we have also moved the Company Headquarters to the new address (via Enzo Natta, 30 - 37026 Settimo di Pescantina VR ITALY), confirming that in this new location we intend to grow and develop our activities for a long time.
